SUPERONELIGA - Choi Deok-moon lahir pada tahun 1970. Ia merupakan salah satu aktor papan atas asal Korea Selatan yang hingga kini masih tetap eksis di dunia hiburan seni peran.
Choi Deok-moon memulai karir di dunia seni peran sejak tahun 1995. Pertama kali tampil di layar kaca pada tahun 1999. Ketika itu, ia bermain di sebuah layar lebar yang berjudul Peppermint.
Kemudian ditahun 2000, ia kembali dipercaya untuk bermain di film berjudul Black Cut. Perannya dalam film tersebut terbilang cukup sukses sehingga membuat namanya kian dikenal luas.
